If you want to be happy you must learn to push negative thinking to the side. Don't judge yourself for having doubt, exercise your power to focus on what you desire. Use your gratitude to move past the unwanted thought. Remember it takes the same energy to think negatively or positively, yet only one creates transformation. Doubt change nothing, desire changes everything.
